Fanatical is a legit site in which you can purchase steam keys at very good prices. To be more specific the usually put great flash deals (duration like 1-2 days max) and as far I have seen some really great cheap bundles.

Just launched a great bundle from Fanatical. The theme is the reaper, so most games are to kill everything on your path. Titles that I had on my eye already is Guns, Gore & Cannoli 2, Beholder 2, Do not feed the monkeys and Rain World. But the other games look pretty interesting as well.
